Histological Studies on the Mesentric Mast Cells of Mice by Croton oil

Abstract
|
|
|
The anther studies the quantitative distribution of the mesenteric mast cells of mice about 20g body weight and changes of their cytoplasmic granules after intraperitoneal injection of single application of croton oil 0.5g and 0. Ig per head.
The following results were obtained +J 1.´ The number of mast cells tendence to decrease after injection of croton oil 0.5g.
2. The mast cells of A and B type are decreased after injection of croton oil 0.5g. but are increased
C and D type.
3. The number of mast cells were decreased till 12hrs. after injection of croton oil 0. ig, but is recovered at 24hrs.
4. The mast cells are increased D type after injection of croton oil 0. 1g.
